Privacy Policy
Effective date: 21 October 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Slottica Publisher ("the app", "we", "us", "our") accesses, collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, retains and deletes data, including data received from Google APIs and YouTube API Services, when a YouTube channel owner connects their channel to the app. It applies to the app and to this website, slottica-bonus.com.
1. Who we are
Slottica Publisher is a video publishing application operated by our editorial team. It uploads short videos that our team produces to YouTube channels that are owned or managed by our team, on a schedule our team sets. It is not a consumer service and has no public sign-up. Questions about this policy can be sent to faruxplayer@gmail.com.
2. Google user data we access
When a channel owner connects a YouTube channel through Google's consent screen, the app requests the following permissions (OAuth scopes) and accesses only the data they make available:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload— lets the app upload videos to the connected channel. Through it the app sends data to YouTube; it does not read any data with this permission.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly— lets the app read the connected channel's ID, title, handle and thumbnail, and the ID, title, upload and processing status, privacy status, link and public view count of the videos the app uploaded.
Along with these permissions Google issues OAuth access and refresh tokens, which the app uses to act on the channel's behalf. If Google's sign-in returns basic account information (the Google account's name, email address or profile picture), it is used only to show which account a channel is connected through, and is handled like the rest of the data in this policy.
The app does not access, request or collect the contents of Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Photos, location, payment information, YouTube watch history, subscriptions, comments, private messages, or any other Google data not listed above.
3. Other data
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and collects no personal data from visitors. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting. Members of our own team who sign in to the internal dashboard have a username and password with us; a session cookie keeps them signed in.
4. How we use Google user data
Google user data is used only to provide and improve the app's user-facing features, specifically:
- to upload the videos our team has prepared, with their titles and descriptions, to the connected channel at the scheduled time;
- to confirm that each upload succeeded and record its YouTube video ID and link;
- to show our team which channel is connected and whether its connection still works;
- to show our team the public view count of videos the app uploaded, so we can see how our own content performs.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, for selling, for building user profiles, for credit or lending decisions, or to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We do not allow humans to read the data except with the channel owner's consent, for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with law, or when it is aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.
5. How we share Google user data
We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data. We share it only with:
- Outstand (outstand.so), the publishing service that performs the uploads to YouTube on our behalf. Outstand receives the OAuth tokens and the channel identity needed to publish, under terms that limit its use of the data to providing that service.
- Google / YouTube, to which the videos are uploaded.
- Authorities, only if required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of users or others.
We do not transfer Google user data to any other third party, and not for any purpose other than those in section 4.
6. How we store and protect Google user data
- OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored by Outstand, encrypted at rest, and are never shown to our team or written to logs.
- Our own systems store only the channel ID, channel handle, and the IDs, links, statuses and view counts of videos the app uploaded. They are kept in a password-protected database that only our own servers connect to.
- All data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
- Access is limited to our team members who need it, each with their own account and password, and is logged.
7. Retention and deletion of Google user data
- OAuth tokens are kept only while the channel stays connected and are deleted as soon as it is disconnected or access is revoked.
- Records of videos the app published (ID, link, status, view counts) are kept while the channel is connected, and deleted within 30 days of the channel being disconnected or of a deletion request.
- To have all data about a channel deleted at any time, email faruxplayer@gmail.com from the channel owner's account. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
8. Revoking access
A channel owner can revoke the app's access to their Google account at any time from the Google security settings page, myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once access is revoked the app can no longer upload to or read from the channel, and the stored tokens stop working.
9. YouTube API Services
The app uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
10. Google API Services User Data Policy
Slottica Publisher's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
11. Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about your channel, ask for it to be corrected, exported or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time, by revoking access (section 8) or by contacting faruxplayer@gmail.com. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
12. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and does not knowingly collect data from them.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect, and ask for new consent where the law or Google's policies require it.
